Hi, I'm Roger Alms and I love to play games. I started programming computers in 1971 and obtained a BS in Physics three years later. I married my wife Patty in 1975.

I have taken a couple of courses in game design and have designed my first board game. I have designed this web site to share my designs with you as well as devoting pages of this site to my favorite games. As I continue to develop more games and improve the games I already have, they will be posted under My Games. I also have pages devoted to favorite games I have played or am currently playing. You can register in order to comment or ask to display your own games on this site.

The games covered on this site include Chess, board games such as Battleship, Clue, and Dogfight, Steam games like The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim, Fallout 4, and Civilization V, and my own games. If you have a suggestion or game you wish to be included, please contact me. The format and content of this site will always be a work in progress. I hope to be able to consolidate links to guides and strategies for these games we love in one place and eventually make them searchable. My own game, The Haunted Treasure of Castle Alms, is still having design changes at this time, but I hope to make a physical board game available for sale as well as an online version.
